Mobile apps

Installable apps for reps, drivers and customers — no app store wait.

Field teams are where paper survives longest. Reps write orders in a book. Drivers carry a printed sheet. Both get typed into a system that evening by someone who was not there, and every transcription is a chance to introduce an error nobody will find until the customer disputes an invoice.

We build the apps that remove that step.

Installable, without an app store

Our apps install to the home screen straight from a link. They open like any other app, work offline, and send notifications — but there is no App Store review, no Play Store listing, and no waiting a week for an approval when you need to push a fix.

Updates arrive the moment we deploy them. There is no version of your app still running on somebody’s phone from four months ago, which is a real problem with conventional apps and a common source of “it works on mine”.

They also run on whatever phone the rep already owns, Android or iPhone. You are not buying handsets.

Built for bad signal

Anyone who has tried to use a cloud system in the field knows the problem: coverage disappears exactly when you need to save an order. Our apps capture the order locally and sync when the connection returns. The rep is never stuck standing in a shop waiting for a spinner.

What we build

Rep apps for order capture with live stock and credit limits. Driver apps for delivery lists, collections and proof of delivery. Customer apps for reordering and account balances. Internal tools for stock counts and site inspections.

Most connect back to Cloud ERP, so what happens in the field is in the system immediately rather than that evening.

GPS where it is useful

Route history and automatic visit detection are available through FieldTracking — tied to clock in and clock out, so it records working hours rather than following people around.

When a native app is the right answer

If you need deep camera work, Bluetooth hardware, or a consumer app that must be discoverable in the app stores, a conventional native app is the correct choice and we will tell you so. For internal field tools — which is most of what businesses actually need — the installable approach is faster to build, cheaper to run and far easier to update.

Getting started

Describe what your field staff currently write down on paper. That is usually the app.
