Digital Solutions Lanka builds and maintains the software that Sri Lankan businesses run on day to day — stock, invoicing, delivery, collections and the reporting on top of them.
What makes us different
We are not resellers. Every module we sell, we wrote, and we maintain it in production for businesses we can name. When something breaks you are speaking to the person who wrote the code, not to a support tier who will raise a ticket with a vendor abroad.
That also means we know what we are not. We are a small team. We are the right choice for a distributor with twenty vehicles and the wrong choice for a company with two thousand employees, and we will say so early rather than discover it during an implementation.
How we work
We start by watching the work happen — sitting with the storekeeper, the rep, the driver — and writing down what actually occurs, including the workarounds nobody mentions in meetings. Then we tell you which parts an existing module covers, which need building, and which should stay on paper for now.
Training happens in Sinhala or English, whichever your team actually works in. Systems fail at adoption far more often than they fail technically.
