Cloud ERP

A modular system covering the parts of the business that touch money.

Most businesses do not outgrow their systems all at once. They outgrow them in pieces. Stock control goes first, then credit control, then the moment where nobody can say what the cash position is without ringing three people. By the time it is obvious, the business is running on six spreadsheets and one person who understands all of them.

We build cloud ERP for that situation.

Modular, not monolithic

You do not buy the whole system. You buy the part that is currently hurting, get it working, and add the next one when it earns its place. A distributor might start with Sales & Return because the order book is the problem, then add FleetDispatch once field invoicing is stable.

This matters commercially as well as technically. A full ERP implementation is a large cheque and a six-month disruption, which is why so many of them stall halfway. Adding one module at a time means each step is small enough to finish.

What it covers

Stock with batch and expiry tracking, purchasing and goods receipt, invoicing and returns, delivery and dispatch, cash and cheque collection, credit limits, staff and company borrowing, and management reporting over all of it.

The unifying idea is that everything touching money should be in one system, and everything else can stay wherever it already is.

Hosted properly

The system runs on hosting we manage, backed up daily, in-country. There is no per-user licence creeping upward each year and no billing in dollars that changes cost every time the rupee moves.

Migration

You will not start from an empty database. We migrate your existing data — customers, products, balances, trading history — so the system is useful on day one rather than after three months of parallel running. We have moved businesses off spreadsheets, off older packages, and off systems whose original developer had disappeared.

Training

Training happens in Sinhala or English, whichever your team actually works in. This is not a small detail. Systems fail at adoption far more often than they fail technically, and the failure usually traces back to a storekeeper who was trained in a language they read slowly.

Who this suits

Distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, retail chains and clinics with somewhere between ten and two hundred staff. Below that, honestly, a well-organised set of spreadsheets is cheaper and we will tell you so. Above it, you are probably talking to firms considerably larger than us, and you should.

Where to start

Send us a description of the part of the business that keeps going wrong. We will tell you which module covers it, roughly what it costs, and whether it is worth doing yet.
